Coaching Workbook

All coaches who completed a clinic must submit their workbook by December 31st of the year the clinic was attended. After that a late workbook administrative fee will be charge to those who forward their workbooks late (see below.)

January - $50
February - $75
March - $100
April - $125
May - $150

Note: For 2012, coaches who have not submitted their workbooks from a 2011 clinic have until March 8th, 2012 before the fee will be enforced.
