SAGM Attendee Registration

The 2026 Ontario Lacrosse Association Semi-Annual General Meeting (SAGM) will take place from February 27 & 28, 2026, at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Toronto Airport & Conference Centre (655 Dixon Road, Toronto, ON).

This year's SAGM will feature league meetings on Friday evening, followed by a full day of professional development sessions for OLA volunteers and club executives on Saturday. The event is designed to provide participants with fresh ideas and actionable strategies to help elevate lacrosse organizations across Ontario.

We are thrilled to offer an exciting lineup of sessions and interactive forums that cover a variety of critical topics for our members. Here’s a preview of just a few sessions you won’t want to miss:

• The OLA School Program (First Catch) is back! – A long-awaited return! Discover how the OLA School Program supports athlete development and grows the game through schools, and learn how clubs can connect with this pathway to strengthen participation and long-term player progression.
• Try Lacrosse Conversion – Learn how to deliver an amazing experience and turn first-time players into registered club athletes with a simple follow-up plan that keeps families engaged and ready to commit.
• EPIC – Explore the evolution and future of the EPIC Lacrosse Program, including key updates for 2026 and how this premier showcase helps develop and highlight Ontario’s top young talent within the OLA Athlete Development Pathway.
• Navigating U17 Overage Player Pathways in OLA – Get a clear, practical breakdown of the options available for overage U17 athletes, including Junior and U22 opportunities across Ontario, and learn how to confidently guide players and parents through the next steps in their lacrosse journey.

Registration

Attendee registration is now open!

Registration is $375 per registered minor association (billed automatically as part of the Annual Fee Schedule) and includes:

1. Two (2) complimentary lunch tickets
2. Two (2) SAGM information packages
3. Unlimited attendance for representatives at all SAGM professional development sessions

Registration must be completed by Tuesday, February 24th.

Additional Lunch Tickets: $50.00 each
