Jim will be responsible for the administration of the Ontario Lacrosse Association’s Quest for Gold program coordinator, Team Ontario program coordinator and OLA In-School program coordinator. He will also play an assisting role for volunteer recruitment and long-term planning at the association level by examining grass roots, house league and fundamental development opportunities for lacrosse programs throughout the province.
