Players wishing to participate at the house league level exclusively may register with any OLA club house league program. Such "house league-only" registration prohibits players from rep tryouts or rep participation of any kind, unless eligible under current OLA residency rules.

Please note that all fields are required in order to submit a response. Responses apply to new OLA members in 2024, not those signed as OLA players in previous seasons. Responses are handled manually, typically within 48 hours of receipt.
