The By-Laws / Rules & Regulations of the Ontario Lacrosse Association are amended annually by the membership at the OLA's Annual General Meeting. The next Annual General Meeting is scheduled for November 8, 2025. Proposed amendments are due Monday, September 15th, 2025 at 11:59pm EST.
*Updated January 28; a previous version of the OLA Regulations incorrectly included R6.35(d), which was defeated at the most recent AGM.
* Updated February 5 to add a clarification to the Note under M3.04(a)
